Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Ofifix, we are committed to delivering reliable and high-quality Microsoft 365 services. As our work involves dedicated technical expertise and time, the following policy applies:

1. One-Time Services (Fixes, Setup, Migrations)

Microsoft 365 Quick Fix:

If we are unable to resolve the specific issue agreed upon, you are eligible for a full refund. Once the issue has been successfully resolved, the service is considered complete and non-refundable.Project-Based Services (Setup & Migrations):You may request a refund before work has started. Once the project has begun, including initial analysis or configuration, fees are non-refundable due to resource allocation.

2. Managed Support Plans (Monthly & Annual)

Monthly Plans:

You can cancel anytime. Your service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

Annual Plans:

Annual plans are discounted for long-term commitment.
Cancel within 30 days → eligible for pro-rated refund
After 30 days → non-refundable

3. Strategy & Consultation Sessions

Scheduled consultations are non-refundable if missed without at least 24 hours notice. You may reschedule with prior notice.

All requests are reviewed fairly based on the work completed.

5. Service Limitations & Client Responsibilities

While we aim to resolve all issues efficiently, certain situations may fall outside the scope of resolution.

These include, but are not limited to:

Limitations within the Microsoft 365 platform or third-party services

Unsupported, deprecated, or discontinued features

Issues caused by third-party systems, integrations, or external providers

Incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by the client

Lack of required access, permissions, or cooperation during troubleshooting

Requests that fall outside the originally agreed scope of work

Expectations that are not technically feasible or aligned with current platform capabilities

In such cases, our team will:

Clearly communicate the limitation

Provide alternative solutions or recommendations where possible

Please note that time and effort spent on analysis, troubleshooting, and consultation are considered billable once work has commenced.

6. Policy Updates

Ofifix reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements.

Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
